Job Description of Technical sales executive (TSE)

Urgent vacancy for Inbound Tech Support Process. Looking for immediate joiners.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling incoming calls & selling technical support subscription plans to the customers.
• Interact with the customers to resolve their queries related with hardware/software issues.
• Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their pop up issues,
• Taking remote access of customer’s computer & diagnosing the problems
• Convert the customer calls into sales
• Will be responsible for ATTAINING daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets
