Full Job Description

* Total of 5+ years experience in IT in software development
* At least 2 successful projects with Talend as the core integration platform
* Must have several years of experience developing enterprise class solutions with one or more leading integration technologies (webMethods, Tibco, Informatica, Data Stage,Talend etc.)
* Experience integrating with ERP systems preferably SAP
* Experience with SOA architecture, SAAS models and Web Services
* Must have previous development experience on Java/JEE platforms
* Experience with .Net development is a plus
* Experience with state of the art development processes including Agile/incremental development practices including unit testing
* Experience as a team leader is preferred though this is a senior individual contributor role
* A good understanding of high-performance and scalable Enterprise systems
* Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
* Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to team lead and other team members
* Ability to effectively document specifications
* Experience designing, developing, and delivering a 1.0 product in a startup environment
* Track record of developing high quality product software on schedule
* Ability to effectively estimate and manage personal and team work load
