Desired candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills and written English.
• Ability to evaluate and coordinate IT Service desk including servers support, networking, desktop/laptop troubleshooting
• Should be able to solve Technical issues remotely by using Teamviewer.
• Should be able to provide support on the first line of help desk to internal users within the time specified.
• Good Knowledge On Operating Systems, Networking and MS Applications
• Multitasking and coordination skills and good Team Player
• Well versed with technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, DBMS, Windows)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions

Job Description:

• Solving Technical Issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements
• Need to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
• Typically provides technical support for Internal Staff.
• Daily system monitoring, verifying and reviewing all server resources, systems and key processes etc.
• Investigating and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams.
• Perform basic level of problem determination for any technical issues which may occur in ticket system, emails etc.
• Ticket triage and escalation to the appropriate level.
• Perform basic software setup.
