Full Job Description

 

Experience level:3 to 5 years
Skills: Hadoop/Hive, SQL, NoSQL, ETL and MapReduce
We need someone good in hadoop testing with SQL and ETL

Required skills and Job Description:

1. Overall testing experience – 3 to 5 yrs.
1.1. Excellent knowledge in SQL, NoSQL, ETL and MapReduce
2. Hands on experience in Performance and Functional testing using HIVE/HADOOP
3. Hands on experience in testing of processing of Batch, Real Time and Interactive types
4. Data stage validation, Test data preparation, comparison of data between source and target systems and data integrity
5. Checking and Monitoring HDFS clusters
6. Prepare and test data transformation logic
7. Exporting and importing data to HDFS clusters
8. Architecture testing 9. Performance testing 9.1 Data throughput
9.2 Data processing 9.3 Sub-component performance
10. Experience in tools like TestingWhiz or any other tools 11. Good Knowledge in Cascading, Kafka, Flume, Pig, S3, EC2, Elastic.
