Full Job Description

Walkins test and interviews are held between 2 to 5 pm in Sura Systems’ office in Velachery on WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS for Freshers or Candidates with 1 year or less experience for the post of Software Developer for iOS / Android as well as for candidates with Java and Python programming background.

We are looking for people who will be part of our team. Please apply only if you are willing to stay with us for a minimum of three years.We are currently hiring only Chennai based Candidates. We do NOT do skype or online interviews.

Test Details:

Test and Interviews are conducted on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 2 pm – 5 pm.The test will be simple, and will consist of 6 questions to be answered in 60 minutes. All six questions have to be answered for your application to be considered. It will be on basic Algorithms and data structures. It can be answered in any Object Oriented Language of your choice. Please come prepared in basic algorithms and programming.Please come with your original certificates and records

Candidate Profile :

Freshers or developers with one year or less experience, with a strong background in algorithms and programming. Candidates who have verified certificates after taking Java, R project, Python, Swift, iOS programming or machine learning courses in Coursera and EdX will get first preference. Candidates with programming exposure to Python, Java, Go, and frameworks such as Hadoop, Django, Node will get preferential treatment.

Educational Qualifications :

MCA, BE with a strong programming exposure.Please come prepared for a simple test involving programming (C or C++ or Java or Python or Ruby or a language of your choice) and logic. Please apply ONLY if you are confident of taking this test. Applicants who pass the test and interview will be absorbed after a probation period of 2 months. This is a full time position, not a part time job.

Terms of Employment:

If you perform well in the test and interview and are selected, you will be asked to join immediately and put on probation for the first two months for Rs 12,000. If you are able to cope with the learning curve, you will be made permanent for the first year at Rs 15,000 for the first year. Your salary will be increased any time during the first year. During the subsequent three years period, your salary will depend on your technical progress and contribution. No work experience certificates will be issued to employees who leave before the stipulated time of 3 years. Apply ONLY if you agree to these terms and conditions. This is non negotiable.
