Female Graduates (Any Degree) with work experience Minimum 6 months in an outbound call center.

Fluency, Neutral accent with good listening ability & telephone handling skills.

Having excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Proficient in internet research, Email and MS Office packages.

Quick to learn with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties for Sales and Marketing Executive Job

Make phone calls to businesses in order to generate interest, fix appointments for our sales team and solicit sales for our products & services

Obtain names and contact numbers of potential customers from Online sources to follow up initial sales leads

Explain products or services and answer queries from customers

Ability to deal with different types of customers with passion for client service.
