Designation: Territory Business Manager

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: Science Graduate with master’s in Management preferred/Equivalent Experience

  • 1 + years of Pharma selling experience
  • Science Graduate with master’s in Management preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good knowledge in IT/ Software /Apps

Job Description:

Sales responsibilities:

  • Responsible for given territory’s target of both M/s.HCUE and M/s.Viviga Life sciences products
  • Executing the marketing strategies of M/s.HCUE and M/s.Viviga Life sciences products

to doctors and pharmacy of the given territory

  • Should be a good team player and support all ABM’s set priorities
  • Responsible for pharma range of products along with Healthcare IT products


  • Respect to customers,
  • Periodical visits to customers as per the RBM / ABM priorities
  • Execution all customer related activities – assigned by ABM
  • KOL/ KBL management / engagement


  • TBM should be go-getter and ensure a good call average – as assigned and call coverage
  • Discipline in reporting and adhering the time lines of the business
  • Appoint distributors as per the sale and to facilitate market reach of our products
  • Adherence of HR policies and values of the organization
  • Effective feed back to management and product team
  • KOL / KBL management
  • Organizing customers meet


Eligible for all HR benefits as per industry norms, there will be a variable income based on performance

TBM will come under Annual appraisal scheme based on set KPI’s
