Full Job Description

1. Taking cold calls.

2. Piloting new Process introduced.
3. Mentoring and coaching new team.
4. Supervising the different processes.

Eligibility :

1. Minimum 2 years as a SME or supervisor in International BPO

2. Excellent communication skill in English.

3. Should be a minimum graduate.

4. Both male and female can apply.

Additional benefits :
