Designation: Executive Assistant

The Duties and the responsibilities for the Executive Assistant are given below:

Executive Assistant to Directors (Female only)

• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Making travel and guest arrangements
• Providing quality customer service
• Working in a professional environment
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
• Take type and distribute minutes of meetings
• Maintain schedules and calendars
• Arrange and confirm appointments
• Organize internal and external events
• Collate information
• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
• Fluent English and hindi ( foreign languages added bonus)
• Medium to good computer knowledge – Microsoft office especially
• Preferable with previous experience and someone who can even help in strategy making.
