1) Looking for a Sales executive who would be responsible for Educating, comparing and Selling Investments Plans over the call to Interested PB Customers
Role accountabilities and tasks: • Fluent English Speaking
• Selling financial products (Insurance) on phone
• Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
• Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
• Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
• Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
• Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
• Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
Competencies required (in order of importance) • Good English and Smart worker, should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales
• Good selling and negotiations skills
• People qualified for international BPO standard.
Qualifications Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
No MCA / B. Tech qualification
Experience and skills 1) Experience of 1-2 years in a particular company on a stretch
Preferred industry/ organizations* Open to hiring from any service industry
Comp Range* 2.16 LPA / 15 k in hand (Max)

JOB Responsibilities:
• Selling financial products (Insurance)
• The candidates would be hired for chat process, 10-20% Blended process
• It would be a sales role, hence high Incentives
• Would require good typing speed
• Salary bar is negotiable depending upon the Interview: 18k In hand till 30k In hand
• Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
• Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
• Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
• Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.

Required Skills:
