Full Job Description

HR/COUNSELOR is required  for pre-recruitment company Technobuddy in Bangalore

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Counseling Students and parents about our course
* Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output
* Interaction with students and parents on routine basis
* Clarifying of doubts of students and parents
* Managing fee structure & fee software of different programs
* Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes
* Co-ordinate with other centers in the region
* Liaison with Branch Offices for Upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers
* Handling assigned administrative responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile (Only Females)
1. Should be Graduate.
2. Good working knowledge in MS Word , MS Excel & Internet.
3. Should be of Pleasing Personality.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must)
5. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done
