Required Team Coordinator in Kalina for One of leading financial service provider company

Full Job Description

We are looking out for team coordinator for one of our clients based out at kalina, Mumbai.

1. Organizing and maintaining diaries / calendars.
2. Handling day to day routine. (Meetings, appointments, functions & events etc.)
3. Coordinating schedules and meetings.
4. Maintaining and storing confidential documents and computer-based information.
5. Maintain and update files.
6. Keep a track of stationary for the team.
7. Manage asset requirement for the team.
8. Assist in making Presentation for Meetings.
9. Responsible for managing & coordination for client visits, conferences, workshops and off sites including the travel, accommodation, meetings and agenda.
10. Calendar Management-Responsible for managing heavy calendars, keeping it current and accurate by balancing meeting times with scheduled work time.
11. Travel arrangements.
12. Co-ordination with other assistants and managing slots accordingly.

Job Requirements

Graduate
3 – 6 Years
Well versed with MS Office
Sound knowledge and experience of using MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, etc.
Inventory control processes
Good and Clear Communication skills including drafting skills.
