Shift Timing – As per required US,8 pm to 5 am
Fixed Shifts/ Rotational – Rotational
Location – Central Delhi

Job Responsibilities –
1 Resolving Issues for QuickBooks for QB Support
2 Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well
3 Should be team player
4 Updating Technical troubleshooting Notes
5 Should provide regular feedback
6 Multi Tasker
7 Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills –
1 Effective communicator and effective listening skills
2 High level of Patience is required
3 Self-Motivator and always encourage the team
4 Basic Technical knowledge
5 Should be aggressive
6 Attention to detail, Ability to research
Graduate/PG – Desirable
Accounting Knowledge – Must
Specific Knowledge – Basic Technical knowledge
