JOB TITLE: Customer Support Executive

General Summary:
We are an E Commerce company; deal with fashion and lifestyle product.

We are looking for a candidate who is efficient enough to provide customer support in obtaining, analyzing, handling customer queries related to shipping and products. Verify the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. It is a full time job, No shift and not target based. We work from Monday to Saturday and our office timing is from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

ELIGIBILITY
• Only Female candidates can apply.
• Under Graduate/ Graduate.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication in English.
• Basic Computer Knowledge is must.

CORE FUNCTIONS
• Support customer from placing order till the order has been delivered.
• Provide after sales services.
• Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers and customer purchase orders.
• Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes.
• Receives and resolve order-related enquiries.
