Following are the principal roles, responsibilities and activities for this Profile:
* Inbound
* Identifying customer’s computer/laptop related issues
* Pitching for correct service plans
* Converting Sales keeping in mind customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Good English communication skills
* Ready to work in a UK SHIFT
* Knowledge of computer will be an add on
Personality Traits:
– Good communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) to all levels of the business
– Self-starter who is self-motivated and highly resourceful
– Team player within a rich development culture
– Continually contributes to business output
Working Day- Monday to Friday working.
Fixed Off Saturday and Sunday.
Fixed Shift timings: 3 Pm to 12PM
