The Global Direct requires Business Associate; to join the organization and join the Universal Training Module (UTM) where in an individual will be skilled over all the aspects of office management, following a promotion as a Manager.

The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT will go through a holistic earn-while-you-earn training module, and become a BUSINESS HEAD, as follows:

LEVEL 1:- BUSINESS ASSOCIATE
(Marketing & Sales/Advertising/Promotions)
LEVEL 2:- TRAINER
Training & Development of Management Trainees (HRM)
LEVEL3:- CREW LEADER
Team Building & Business Operations.
LEVEL 4:- ASSISTANT MANAGER
Financial & Strategy Management
LEVEL 5:- BUSINESS HEAD
Managing all the above functions.

Desired Candidate Profile Education: Any Graduate – Any Specialization) AND (PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization)
QUALITIES REQUIRED:
