Job Description for Accountant profile: 

a. Handling payables and receivables
b. Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
c. Ensuring proper maintenance of all financial ledgers for the day-to-day operations
d. Monitor and payments of statutory payments like TDS, VAT, Professional Tax ,Service Tax and Income Tax
e. Maintain statutory compliances like e-TDS Returns, VAT Returns ,Professional Tax Returns & Income Tax return
f. Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
g. Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
h. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
i. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
j. Prepare financial management reports
k. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
