Location: Chennai Chetpet & Kanathur ECR.

Job Description for the profile of Real Estate Sales Executives :

 Reporting to HOD.
 After sales co- ordination.
 To maintain separate file for each client.
 Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints.
 Maintain all the second copy documents.
 Interact with the customers for documentation of agreement and sale deed.
 Customer thanks letter to be sent after each Registration.
 Send letters to the customers as well as to the bankers about construction stages for the payment follow-up.
 Co-ordinate with engineering dept regarding modifications requested by client.
 Check whether the updating on the extra work is done in the site and get confirmation.
 Customer feedback on Handing over.
 Issue completion certificate at the time of handing over.
