Job Summary:-

Ground Support Officer shall maintain the highest level of safety, security and service standards for ground operation. He/She must ensure all ground handling operations – from documentations to pre check in, check in and arrival- are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Ground Support Officer shall maintain the highest level of safety, security and service standards for ground operation. Responsibilities:

Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats. Informing passengers of the safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away.
Serving meals and refreshments.
Helping the staff in day to day operations and carrying out the duties.
Leaving no Ground for complaints.
Selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination.
