The Duties and the responsibilities for Receptionist are as given below:

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
• Handling the management information system.
• Coordination with the Vendors.
• Procuring and maintaining office assistance’s in coordination with admin department.
• Handling all the visitors Schedule appointments and organize meetings.
• Attending incoming and outgoing calls.
• Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them.
• Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
• Keeping the record of the Electricity bills, Telephones bills etc.
• Assist in filling the office documents systematically and daily punching of staff attendance in register.
• Responsible for Supervision of security & house keeping and maintain the reception area.
• Received and distributed mail and messages to appropriate departments.
