Full Job Description

Delivery Boy Jobs in Andheri East Mumbai for Freshers and 12th pass, graduate candidates.

 

 

 

Delivery Boy Job Description

 

  • Willing to do a delivery job with up to 20Kg bag travelling 40-50 KMs a day

  • Person with local geographical knowledge

  • Person with no criminal background

  • Presentable candidates to deliver a good customer experience

  • Literate enough to read and comprehend Basic English

  • Friendliness to handle smart phone devices

  • Physical hygiene factors to be met.

 
NOTE-  
  • Good Performer contract would be renewed for another 3 Months period.

Incentives

  1. Joining Bonus of Rs 2000/-
  2. Project completion Bonus of Rs 3000/-

Note:

  • Joining Bonus would come with first Months Salary.
  • Project completion bonus is payable only on completion of the contract period with 95% attendance.

Reimbursements

Mobile Reimbursements

Rs 40 per day of presence with a smart phone in working conditions

Travel Reimbursements

Fuel Reimbursement : Rs 2.5 /KM

Other Reimbursements

Over time: Rs. 126 per hour.
