Dear all,
We are hiring for First source in malad for a domestic inbound customer care process

location : malad(west)

Process Details
A leading ecommerce process providing customer service support to customer who shop online.

Process timings
24/7 shifts (males) / Day shifts for females with shifts ending at 7.30pm
Work Days
6 day working with one off in a week.

Age
18yrs to 40yrs

Qualification
HSC + 6 months exp in any industry preferably customer service
Graduate Freshsers

Process Details
Voice Customer Service support for a leading E-commerce company.
Advisor needs to resolve customer queries & provide good customer service experience

Transport
Churchgate to Mira/Bhayander
CST to Thane
CST to Vashi(male)
virar,vasai,naigaon(female)

Rounds of Interview Hr round, Versant, Ops round and Written Test.

Voice Quality
Should be able to speak in English & Hindi & Marathi/Gujarati fluently.

Salary
15k CTC : Approx 11k Inhand plus incentive upto 1K per month.

Interview Timings
11am to 2pm
