Central Reserve Police Force Recruits for 661 Medical Officers, Specialist Medical Officers & Dental Surgeons Positions. | Candidates with Degree/ Diploma/ Post Graduation/ PG Diploma Can Apply for CRPF Jobs.

CRPF Recruitment 2017 – 661 Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) & Other Vacancies – Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has published a recruitment notification for special recruitment of 661 Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant), Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) and Dental Surgeons (Assistant Commandant) posts in Central Armed Police Forces (BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB and Assam Rifles), Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India. Willing candidates fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria given in the CRPF official job advertisement can submit their application in the prescribed format on or before 09-07-2017 & 24-07-2017 for Remote Areas. CRPF Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

For Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant) posts should have acquired a recognized Medical qualification of allopathic system of medicines included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub Section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, have permanent registration from any State Medical Council/ MCI before appointment in any of the CAPFs with Completion of compulsory rotating internship and also have Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section ‘A’ or in Section ‘B’ in Schedule I or equivalent and one and a half years experience after obtaining PG Diploma.

For Medical Officers (Assistants Commandant) posts should have acquired a recognized Medical qualification of allopathic system of medicines included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub Section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, have permanent registration from any State Medical Council/ MCI before appoinment in any of the CAPFs with Completion of compulsory rotating internship.

For Dental Surgeons (Assistant Commandant) posts should have acquired Degree (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized University included in the schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948) and registered with Dental Council of India with relevant experience.

Age Limitation:

Applicant’s age limit should be below 40 years for Post (01), 30 years for Post (02) & 35 years for Post (03) as on last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC candidates. For more relaxation details refer the notification.

Selection Procedure:

Selection for above designation will be done based on applicant’s performance in Medical exam/ Merit/ Interview.

Fees of Application:

Applicants have to pay application fees which is Rs. 400/- (Non refundable) for General and OBC candidates through crossed IPO/ Bank Draft/ Banker Cheque of Nationalised Bank in favour of DIG (Adm), Directorate General, CRPF payable at State Bank of India, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. No fee for SC, ST and Female candidates.

How to Apply for CRPF Posts:

Persons willing to apply for CRPF posts can send their completely filled and duly signed application in the prescribed format along with two recent self attested passport size photographs (one should be pasted on the application form at the space provided and the other on Admit card copy), self attested copies of date of birth certificate, educational qualification certificate, medical registration certificate, caste certificate and 02 self addressed unstamped envelopes of 11.5 *27.5 cms size are attached & fee in an envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the Post of Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant)/ Medical Officers (Assistants Commandant)/ Dental Surgeons (Assistant Commandant)” to the Deputy Inspector General (rectt.) Medical Officer Selection Board (cAPFS) – 2016 HQ DG CRPF, Block No. 01, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110 003 on or before 09-07-2017 & 24-07-2017 for Remote Areas.
