IMBUE INFOTECH Pvt. Ltd company direct walkin interviews for US health care & Insurance Claims process for an inbound BPO in Hyderabad  for Under Graduate & Graduate freshers and experienced candidates

 

Hi! All,

We are looking for freshers & experienced candidates from US health care & Insurance Claims for a inbound BPO.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Under Graduate & Graduate with Relevant experience of year and above.(Freshers are also welcome)
Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in night shifts.

Key job Responsibilities:

To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
To schedule the calls as prioritized to US carries and patients by considering the time zone difference in IST and US time-zone applicable
To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality
To report the outcome of the call in the appropriate system and to advise the team in data for corrective action.
Work Experience and Qualifications:

Min. 0 to 5yrs of Experience in US Healthcare process
Graduation or Under Graduates
Excellent Comm skills
Awareness of US Healthcare & Insurance Industry
MS Word and MS Excel.
Salary: 1,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A. Salary + Incentives
Functional Area: ITES , BPO , KPO , LPO , Customer Service , Operations
Role Category: Voice
Role: Associate/Senior Associate – (NonTechnical)
