Athens Reality (India) Ltd is recruiting for Female Kannada candidates for Real Estate / Property related BPO/Call center openings in their company for Bangalore (Karnataka) location.
Freshers/experienced telecallers, BPO employees, call center executives, agents apply for real estate telemarketing job openings.
Work place – Bangalore (Karnataka)
Work experience requirement-0-3 years/ freshers may apply.
Salary and incentives- 1.25 Lacs PA -2.5 Lacs PA
Role and Responsibilities- Work Function and profile
Total Number of openings ? 4
Educational Minimum Qualifications- Graduate/Under-graduate/ 12th pass
Job Responsibilities :-
- Inquiry based lead Generation via Continuous communication with the help of customer information base.
- produce query for Residential area. Call on the assigned database
- Up-date the database, calls, adhere to ups any place needed -Submit day-to-day Record and Notify BDM/BM concerning the meetings/enquiries generated and fix appointments.
- Up-date the database, calls, adhere to work calling timings.
- Submit day-to-day Record to BDM regarding work done.
- Develop and continually enhance Real estate property Data source in organization with Transaction group Preferred Prospect Account.
- Excellent Communication in English, Kannada, Hindi.
Full-Time | part time work option
Timings: 9 A.M to 6 PM (mid-day)
Graduates/UG with great Communication in English, Kannada, Hindi.
Real estate property Industry experience will certainly be included advantage. Freshers could also apply.
