Multiple  Hiring For Technical Process in International BPO in Noida.

 

Location – Noida

 

(1)-  Inbound Technical Sales Executive

 

SALARY: Upto 40,000/month +Daily Incentives + Monthly Incentives.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Candidates with Minimum 6 months + work experience in Technical Sales Process in International BPO
  • Deals with brand support, Antivirus Support, Printer support, OS support, Mac Support etc
  • Should able to Diagnose the problem in windows OS like XP, 7, 8.

 

(2)- Inbound Technical  Support  Executive

 

SALARY: upto 40,000/month + Incentives

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Candidates with Minimum 6 months + work experience in Technical  Process in International BPO
  • Should able to Diagnose the problem in windows OS like XP, 7, 8.
  • Should have basic knowledge on computer and its peripherals
  • Working knowledge of sales and market dynamics and requirements

 

(3)- Customer  Retention Executives  (preferably Female candidates)

 

Salary –Negotiable (Salary not a constraint for deserving Candidates).

Candidate with Prior experience in Customer Retention in International BPO preferably from Technical support Process.

 

 Job Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must
  • Strong Customer  Retention skills & Customer  acquisition skills.
  • Candidate preferably from Tech Support background (International Bpo)
  • High level of interpersonal & Strong negotiations skills
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information

Remain knowledgeable on Windows OS like XP, 7, 8 etc / Apple products & services offered and discuss available  options.

Free both side cab for Female Candidates Fuel Reimbursement or similar for 2k for Male Candidates.

Free meal

Shift – Rotational

5 days Working

Week offs – Roster Offs

Education- Under Graduates/Any Graduate /Any  PG
