HR Executive Jobs Openings in Pune

Job Description for HR Executive

End to end recruitment, sourcing candidates either through portal, consultants or referrals.
Make job descriptions with the help of hiring manager in case of new vacancies.
Understand the salary process, keep track of attendance and leave data and assist in smooth functioning of payroll.
Manage employee life cycle: Hiring to exit.
Employee engagement activities and help in controlling attrition.
Good communication both verbal and written
Manage statutory compliances with the help of consultants
Graduate/Post Graduate – specializing in the HR domain (MBA or MPM)

work Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years with focus HR Statutory Compliance. Sound knowledge of recruitment process is a must.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Education-
UG: Any Graduate – Any Specialization
PG:MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relation
