Work Description  1) Offer consumers help by providing them item details and firm details 2) Resolving product and solution troubles.

Client service Representative (CSR) work Duties:

2) Resolves service or product troubles by clarifying the client’s issue; figuring out the reason for the issue

3) Selecting and explaining the best option to solve the issue; accelerating modification or modification; adhering to up to guarantee resolution.

4) Adds to teamwork by achieving call attending events as required.

Capabilities:  Candidate Ought to be open to

1) Work in rotational shift setting (3am to 11am or 6am to 3.30 pm)

2) Customer support, Product Knowledge, High quality Focus

3) Trouble Fixing, Documents Skills

4) Listening, Phone Abilities, Handling Conflict

5) Pleasant telephone voice/manner

6) Exceptional English interaction capabilities- verbal & composed

7) Standard PC Understanding.

Work Experience: 0 – 3 Years of BPO work experience (not mandatory)

Pickup – Drop Facility will certainly be given !
