Eligibility:

The candidate should have studied math until 12th.
The candidate should be a female and married.
If she is unmarried and of age 30+ she will be eligible.
The candidate should have entrepreneurial skills and should be hardworking.
The candidate should have space at their house to accommodate 6 students.

Job Description:

You will be the face of Cue math where you will be teaching the students using the methods which will be provided to you by them. You have to make sure that the students understand the concepts that are being taught. You will also be accountable in maintaining a positive image of Cue math and provide excellent teaching to the students.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the training and marketing sessions to improve the tutoring methods and increase the student base.
Contact your network to gather more students.
Schedule tutoring appointments with students and parents
Organise tutoring environment to promote productivity and learning.
Provide feedback to students and parents using positive reinforcements.
Prepare the learning plans and modules according to the students pace.
Maintain student’s records in regards to his/her performance, assessment results etc ensuring confidentiality of these records.
Provide personal attention to students and guide them in making their own decisions rather than spoon-feeding them.
