Full Job Description

Domestic IT Recruiter JD:
Involved in full cycle Technical Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and screening, formatting and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in positions in the information Technology industry throughout India.
Worked on domestic recruiting.
Screening of profile, taking preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks of the candidates.
Negotiate Annual Salaries with the candidates.
Keep candidate posted with the feedback from clients.
Source candidates through various job portals, referrals and networking etc. as well as internal database for the given requirements.
Pre-screen & pre-qualify each & every candidate to be submitted.
Customize resumes to align candidates experience to enable appropriate fitment to client requirements within the given time period.
Worked on all job boards such as Naukri, Monster as well as free sites to search for appropriate profiles.
Ability to manage requirements coming from multiple streams and fulfilling them by working with sales team and recruitment team
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring goals and deadlines.
