a)Team Lead Position: (VOICE)

Eligibility: Min 2 year of exp as Team Lead or supervisor in ICC voice process.

Salary: Upto 6 lakhs

b) Voice process: DAY SHIFT

Eligibility: 10+ and above with 6 months of ICC voice process.

Salary: Upto 2.4

 

DELL:

 

Eligibility: Under graduates with 6 months min exp in ICC voice process/ graduate freshers and experience (Technical and networking knowledge)

Salary: Upto 5 lakhs

Shift: Rotational

 

ACCENTURE: ( Voice Process)

 

Eligibility: Undergraduates and Graduates (Freshers / Exp in ICC voice exp)
Shift timings: Rotational

Salary 1.4 – 3 lakhs per annum

 

CATEGORY 1 VOICE TECHNICAL

UNISYS INTERNATIONAL TECH VOICE PROCESS

ELIGIBILITY: 12TH FRESHERS/ GRAD FRESHERS ( BE/ BTECH)

SHIFT: ROTATIONAL (WITH CAB FACILITY)

SALARY: upto 3.8L+INCENTIVES+Shift allowance.

HSBC: Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures

Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries

Graduation/12th pass certificate 5 years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply

Flexibility to work in shifts

Compensation up to max 5 lakhs (Fixed CTC) Variable such as Performance Bonus and Night Shift Allowance INR 3500 per month will be paid over and above the CTC (subject to performance and if candidates work in night btw 12am to 4am)

(HSBC) IBC Premier Account Opening Officer

Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries
Maintain highest standards of audit and compliance requirements.
To acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards.
Acquire knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Good keyboard skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Graduation/12th pass certificate 5 years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.
BPO experience can be added advantage
Right to work in the country is required. Local employment rulings and restrictions will apply
