Designation : Process Associate 

Process:  US based process for “Healthcare” 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • contact businesses or private individuals by phone
  • deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
  • describe products and services
  • respond to questions
  • identify and overcome objections
  • take the customer through the sales process
  • obtain customer information
  • obtain possible customer leads
  • maintain customer/potential customer data bases
  • ​​follow up on initial contacts
  • complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Work Skills required:

  • Problem solving
  • adaptability
  • negotiation skills
  • stress tolerance
  • high energy level

 

Qualification:  Graduate or Pursuing Graduation

Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers can also apply)

Sex: Male/ Female

Location:

Roots Tower, 8th Floor, District Centre, Laxmi nagar, Delhi-92

Near Nirman Vihar Metro, Behind V3S Mall.

Salary :  1.5 to 3.6 LPA(negotiable)+ commissions + attendance bonus, Yearly bonus,referral bonus

​and cabs ( 1 sided )​
