Non IT Recruiter:

Job Profile:

Sourcing candidates for Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering & ITES
Coordinating with the clients
Liaison with the existing and new clients
Responsible for screening and selecting candidatesw especially for Non-IT section.
Handling the tasks of discussing with the applicants as well as arranged interviews with respective clients.
Work with the reporting managers of the organization and understand the specific requirements of candidates according to the job profile.
Responsible for making calls to applicants and explained in detail about the job requirements.
Negotiate Annual Salaries with the candidates.
Handling the tasks of sourcing, scanning and short listed resumes from various job portals.
Responsible for recruiting candidates as per the policies and procedures of the organization.
