Role: Online Marketing Associate/Senior Associate/Assistant Manager/Manager

Work Location: Rajouri Garden (Near Metro Station), New Delhi

Work Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM

Work Days: 5 days working (Monday to Friday)

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of implementing e-Mail marketing strategy for online business
• Managing bulk email campaigns to promote product/services targeting the USA clients
• Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects including specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions
• Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template
• Ensure emails are thoroughly proofread for clarity, grammar, and spelling Good knowledge of campaigns sent metrics like open are, click rate, and unsubscribe
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns and server
• Should have knowledge on Return path tool, Working on E-Mail Bounce and email testing for inbox placement
• Follow up on interested respondents
• Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs
• Tracking and analysis of campaigns and making recommendations for improvement
• Helping team with expert advice on various Marketing program
• Generate post email campaign analysis and suggest how to improve for better engagement
• Knowledge of handling abuse and Spam complaints for existing/new IPs and Domains
• Working with vendors & team to ensure smooth delivery of email campaigns & quick responses in case of delivery issues that can affect productivity
• Have good knowledge to maintain the DNS panel and authenticating the SPF, DKIM, MX, A record and CNAME and PTR (reverse DNS)
• Have good knowledge to whitelist Campaign sending domain & IP address and removal of any blacklisting and mention the MTA reputation for good Inbox delivery
• Should have good knowledge to fill up FBL (Feedback lookup) on major ISP for maximize Inbox delivery
• Creating relationships with ISP by setting FBLs and applying for white listing
• Should have knowledge/understanding of DNS, MTA-Port-25, Mailing infrastructure setup for bulk mailing
• Good knowledge in resolution of HTML mailer and testing the mailer for inbox placement
• Good knowledge of A/B testing campaign
• Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget

Must Have Key Skills – Technical

• Should have knowledge/understanding of DNS, MTA-Port-25, Mailing infrastructure setup for bulk mailing
• Knowledge of handling abuse and Spam complaints for existing/new IPs and Domains
• Have good knowledge to maintain the DNS panel and authenticating the SPF, DKIM, MX, A record and CNAME and PTR (reverse DNS)
• Have good knowledge to whitelist Campaign sending domain & IP address and removal of any blacklisting and mention the MTA reputation for good Inbox delivery
• Good knowledge in resolution of HTML mailer and testing the mailer for inbox placement
• Good knowledge of A/B testing campaign
• Google Analytics
• Good understanding of CAN SPAM Compliance (filter)
• Good sense of campaign design; web design; HTML coding
• Good Excel skills, sound knowledge of data segmentation, internet skills – searching, mapping, etc

Must Have Key Skills – Non-Technical

• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding the Demographics of the USA – added advantage if the candidate has experience of generating leads from the USA market
• Good knowledge of handling bulk e-mail campaigns for online business with regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns and server
• Good knowledge of campaigns sent metrics like open are, click rate, and unsubscribe
• Good knowledge of e-mailing software Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.
• Create database of emails for lead generation using google, social media, databases, and other tools
• Data mining and data extraction

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in E-mail Marketing
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Education Required

BCA, B-tech, MBA, MCA and Any Graduate
