Effectively engage with internal business unit to understand key business requirements and drivers to achieve and exceed program goals .

Interact with stake holders – leads, managers or client.

Fully understand the key deliverable’s and important issues associated with JD , recruitment, supply contract, and ensure that these are continually worked towards and achieved.

Manage the continuous improvement of the recruitment methodology and function through an ongoing review of current policies and procedures and make recommendation for improvement where identified and appropriate

Be the Recruitment & Resourcing Subject Matter Expert on operational initiatives relating to JD

Responsible for Team Management in terms of retention and development

Track and monitor all recruitment activities and participate in co-branding activities

Manage the team performance ensuring success against key recruitment metrics.
