Full Job Description

Job descriptions (freshers & experienced) –  PROCESS EXECUTIVE/TELE CALLER/BPO/VOICE PROCESS in Mysore

Flexible in working Night shifts, Work timings: 8.00pm -5.30am

• US process Process Executives
• Preferably female candidates.
• Assist Customers to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service requests and drive customer satisfaction
• To deliver service & resolution experience to all the customers
• Successfully resolve customer queries through CRM & Knowledge Base
• Document in detail all interactions with customers
• Effectively articulate information to customers
• Educate customers on products. Help customers to be successful
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction
• Through the use of up/cross selling products and services
• Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality.
• Cab facilities will be provided, pick up &drop.
• Excellent English Communication Skills  Flexible in working Night shifts, Work timings: 8.00pm -5.30am
• Inbound and Outbound calls.
