1. Assign weekly targets & intense monitoring of respective Dealers
2. Implementing marketing initiatives to increase enquiries
3. Helping Dealer to implement marketing initiatives & monitor the effectiveness
4. Ensuring timely collection of Royalty fees
5. Daily monitoring of customer complaints
6. Work with existing network for outlet expansion
7. Assess performance of the Dealers monthly
8. Identifying high performer at Dealerships
9. Sales target achievement in the region
