We have immediate opening for Freshers in BPO Non voice process.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT

Candidate having good communication and listening skills.

Qualification in Any Graduation /Diploma/ 12th (Minimum 3 arrears )

Role: Customer Support Executive

Age Limit: 20 to 26 years

Salary: 8k + up to 3k incentive ( Bonus of 1 month Salary After Completion of 6 month Probation)

Interview Timing: 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

Interview Date: Monday to Friday

Job Description

Handling US calls.

Handling customer queries and giving a resolution.

Effective in providing resolution through call and chat within the time consigned.

A fixed week off and 5 working days a week.

Interested candidates can walk in directly to the below-mentioned venue for the interview.
