Designation: Tele caller – Customer service executive
Job Location: Gandhinagar

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Making calls to prospective and assigned customers. Calling customers and explaining our product features.
2. Customer service and generating leads.
3. Follow up confidently and a brilliant ability to interact with customers.
4. Should have a clarity of speech – voice clarity is a MUST.

Required Profile:

1. Should be able to generate leads.
2. Should be target oriented and self- driven
3. Should have a good knowledge on education sector
4. Tele calling or telephone sales experience is a must
5. Good Communication skills

Skills:

1. Candidates with minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in customer care services, Tele calling, BPO or KPO.
2. Customer focused with convincing power
3. Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
4. Team player
5. Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati

Education: Minimum Graduate.
