We at Web Expert (www.webexpertusa.com), looking for International
Tele-calling Executive/TL for our company to generate new clients as
well as generate business from existing clients.
Job Details:

We are hiring candidates for the following 3 US processes.

1. FEEDBACK process :

We are looking only for female candidates for Sr. International
Tele-calling Executive/TL.
Salary – 10K – 14K
Incentive : No

2. DONATION process:

We are looking only for female candidates for International
Tele-callng Executive/TL.
Salary – 10K – 16K
Incentive : Normal incentive

3. Sales process:
We are looking only for female candidates for International Tele-sales
Executive/TL.
Salary – 14K – No Bar for deserving Candidate
Incentive : Very huge incentives

Functional Area: Sales/Business Development/Customer Support

Industry: Web Sales / Support and Customer Service
Job Description:
o Making International calls
o Ability to provide information verbally in effective manner.
o Cold calling mainly over the phone for generating leads.
o Fix up the meetings for prospecting business.
o Presenting and converting the prospects into business
o Meet and interact with customers to capture and translate requirements
o Business Development, Sales, Concept selling.
o Cultivate individual assigned sales operations.
o Interfaces with prospects to understand their needs.
o Identify customers & prospects through various lead generated,
Generation of Lead /Enquiry.
o Should be able to make new clients and service the existing clients.
o Make effective Presentation to Inquiries.
o Counseling & converting the Potential clients follow ups into Sale.
o Keeping a close tab on Competition activities.
Required Qualifications
• 10+2, UG, Post Graduate in any stream
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills +
COMPREHENSION capability.
• 0-2 years prior work experience in Sales, Business Development
or related positions
• Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas or Business
Development goals
• Good command in writing, reading and understanding the email
conversation in English
• Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand
and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales
opportunities.

Note: Candidates, below of age 26 would be preferred.
Feedback and Donation Process have no targets. Sales process has target
5 days in a week and shift timings would be 8:00 PM – 6 AM (IST)
No CAB Facility would be provided (if at least 5 candidates
would be of same rout then only we can provide CAB)
No Meal facility for the meanwhile.
Travelling Conveyance would be re-reimbursed apart from the salary.
