Full Job description for the work

Neelam Informatics is seeking an Application and Product Support Specialist to join the contact center supporting our new online business. This role will be part of the initial contact team for customers interested in our products and will be responsible for assisting customers in getting the appointment fixed with our agent in Canada over the phone, informing customers of the product features and terms, and persuading customer to fix the appointment.
