Work description for CRM Functional or Technical lead job 

  • 7-9 years of appropriate SAP CRM working knowledge
  • 2 to 3 End-to-End implementation of CRM Solutions with ERP Integration
  • Execution knowledge of operational Dealings and Organizing Agreements, Solution Program, Solution orders and invoicing Strategies and so on situations
  • working knowledge in CRM Install Base administration with ERP Tools assimilation
  • Must have carried out a minimum of one CRM E-Commerce project
  • Execution working knowledge in CRM Solution to ERP assimilation with PR/PO, Invoicing and so on
  • Working knowledge in Middle ware and ALE circulation
  • working knowledge in non SAP device Assimilation
  • Driving business / IT group during the business Blue Print Workshops
  • Manage to take care of a bigger group of Functional, Technical and ERP experts
  • Must have client-dealing experience
  • CRM WCEM direct exposure
  • Combination of CRM to Mobile scenarios.
