MAS CALLNET PVT LTD is hiring for TEAM LEADERs in Hyderabad for general insurance

Insurance profile. Preferred skills and attributes

 Motors Insurance domain knowledge
 Experience of selling financial products, preferably MotorsInsurance
 Strong sales and presentation skills with ability to communicate across all levels
 Adept at tools like Soft phones with headset, Skype, mail, word, excel
 Honest and sincere – somebody who can keep customer interest foremost in mind
 Customer service orientation, service with a sense of urgency
 Used to delivering high productivity while working with speed and accuracy and attention to detail
 Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands
 Good with written and spoken English, analytical and logical skills
 Willingness and ability to train and teach other executives
 A great attitude and a happy demeanor, a good leader of a team
 Self-motivated with desire to work independently and grow in MotorsInsurance sales

Job description

 Drive business through a team of tele-advisors
 Work closely with advisors, colleagues and other resources to deliver on sales targets
 Set clear targets and provide training and feedback to advisors
 Help team create fresh leads through individual initiative or outbound calls
 Develop a high performance team with low attrition rates
 Assess customer profile to understand insurance protection and investment needs
 Identify and recommend Insurance solutions that meet customer requirements
 Provide customer with product information, extend buying support, extend web assistance
 Hand hold customer and help complete formalities/ paperwork/ disclosures for policy issuance
 Attend to and ensure Customer service requests are fulfilled
 Maintain systematic records and help with data up keep and reporting
 Work with minimal guidance; be proactive and resourceful in problem solving
 Take pride in delivering on individual and team sales targets; be a team person and win with them
 Set standards and maintain Business Quality.
 Adherence to internal processes and external regulations.
 Constant co-ordination with: – General insurance company spoc
