Job Description

• End to End recruitment process
• Keeping references ready for future opening
• Follow up with clients to identify open position and close them within defined timeline.
• Scheduling different levels of Interviews.
• Coordinate between client & candidate till the final selection.
Responsible for campus Recruitment
• Re-solving any queries and issues related to the manpower requirements for the candidates sourced.
• Preparation and Maintenance of various MIS reports such as number of Recruitment and Joining.
Coordinating with Client.
