Desired Profile:

Work in a continuous process of evaluating calls and provide feedback, and coach to enhance the quality of the calls.

Make informed decisions to make the process better, faster and quicker.

Implement or refine agent training and coaching initiatives to bridge skills gaps, corrective action plan for the process improvement, scheduling training for further process improvement that are having an impact.

Agent performance assessment, assess performance behavior on the call, to coach and counsel agents to modify their intonations and pitching.

Use 7 quality tools to analyze and come up with corrective action plans, and work on RCA and FMEA. Use quality tools to provide balanced feedback from both perspectives and communicate the difference between the external feedbacks (customer experience) with the internal feedback (compliance).

Good understanding of quality at different levels to understand the problems from the customer experience.

Job Skills Required:

* Answering to customer calls or Making calls to customers

* Manage queries from customers by giving them suitable answers as required.

* Maintaining the quality of customer service by tracking the queries using software provided, escalating the queries whenever necessary, tracking the response time etc

* Required to multitask, adapt to situations and take decisions

* Strong team working skills

* Strong oral and written English communication skills

* Strong listening skills

* Minimum computer knowledge like MS office and Internet, Email.

* Willing to work in Shifts which may include night shifts.
