Role –Assistant Manager – Business Development
CTC- 1.0 Lacs – 2.4 Lacs.

Job responsibilities:-
Responsible for Data Mining through internet and personal contacts.
Creation, Suggestion and execution of business development strategies.
Should be able to plan, formulate and implement strategies, for reaching out to unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion.
Generate leads/requirements from new clients and existing clients through personal meetings, cold calling, mails and networking websites.
Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns.
Consistent follow-ups with clients to develop long term relationships.
Will be required to negotiate, close deals and manage client’s accounts end-to-end.
Work in a highly competitive environment to develop new customer base through innovative methods and interventionswithout compromising on the set quality standards
Making proposals for the clients.
