JOB DFESCRIPTION

Gender: Male or Female.

Personality and other requirements: A pleasing and charismatic personality, effective in both written and spoken communication, fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi (and knowledge of other regional and foreign languages will be considered as an added asset).

Experience: Minimum five years (or above) in preparing, developing and marketing tour or holiday packages. The incumbent should have good contacts and the ability to develop a committed and also ever-growing clientele. The right candidate will get Management’s unflinching support in discharge of his duties and help in achieving his targets.

Qualifications: An University Degree in any discipline, preferably with post-graduation in travel and tourism and sound experience in the field.

Pay Package: We are willing to pay a decent salary + commission to the incumbent from the business generated, i.e profits. Package wll not be a limiting factor to a candidate with the right track record and proven abilities. The more the incumbent works and translates his/her efforts into productivity, i.e. business, the larger his/her monthly packages will be.
