Full Job Description

Role: Assistant Manager / Manager Sales

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Location: Sadashivnagar, Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 3 years (Real estate sales)

Salary: Between 30,000/- to 50,000/- per month + Incentives

No of Positions: 4

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for giving the right information about the projects and promoting the same
  • Responsible for lead generation, lead follow up, lead conversions
  • Coordinating site visits with clients
  • Coordinating with sales team
  • In charge of channel partner tie up
  • Organize RWA events
  • Coordinate with CRM and Marketing team
  • Working towards stipulated targets

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have a 2 Wheeler
  • Should have excellent English communication skills
  • Sales oriented
  • Go getter attitude

Age – below 36 years. (preferably from selling plots experience)
