Full Job Description

A start-up company in the field of accounting off-shoring and outsourcing, looking for experienced Accountants to work in various levels in an organization. There are two positions vacant, Process Associate- Overseas Accounting (Job Code 001) and Senior Process Associates (Job Code 002). The job involves Audit, finalization of accounts and preparation of Income Tax and GST Returns. Fresher with excellent academic record can also apply.
Qualification and Skill sets for the Accountant’s position:
1. B.com/M.com/BBA/MBA/ with 1-2 years’ experience in CA firms.
2. Strong in fundamentals of accounting and good accounting skills.
3. Knowledge in of finalization of accounts of sole proprietorship partnerships is preferred.
4. Basic understanding of Indian Taxation.
5. Computer literate with Working knowledge of MS excel, word and accounting software.
6. Self-motivated and should be eager to learn new things.
7. Good communication skill – both written and verbal.

Qualification and Skillsets for the Senior Accountant’s position:
1. B.com/M.com/BBA/MBA/ with 3-4 years’ experience in CA firms.
2. The candidate completed Article ship of ICAI and competed one or both Group of CA inter is preferred.
3. Strong in accounting and good knowledge of audit and finalization of accounts of Private Company is essential. Good understanding of Indian Taxation is required.
4. Excellent computer knowledge, MS excel, word and accounting software (cloud based or other)
5. Self-motivated and should be eager to learn new things and aspiring to scale up his/her position quickly in the organization.
6. Should be able to handle their jobs independently, without looking for too much support from partner, after initial training.
7. Good communication skill – both written and verbal.
