Job description :

Designation : Process Associate / CCE / Sr. CCE / TSE

Process: US based process for Healthcare

Responsibility:

contact businesses or private individuals by phone
deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
describe products and services
respond to questions
identify and overcome objections
take the customer through the sales process
obtain customer information
obtain possible customer leads
maintain customer/potential customer data bases

follow up on initial contacts
complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Qualification: Graduate or Pursuing Graduation
Minimum Intermediate

Experience: Minimum 6 Months (Freshers can also apply)

Salary : 1.5 to 3.6 LPA(negotiable)+ commissions + attendance bonus, Yearly bonus,referral bonus + Monday off ( 2 & 4) + Meals ​and cabs ( 1 sided )​
